Lt. Mukhtar (pictured above) was also killed in the Boko Haram ambush that claimed the life of his commander, Lt. Colonel B.U Umar along the Bita and Piridang road in Borno state yesterday. So Sad! May his soul rest in peace, Amen.

Three die after vehicle plunges into Azumini River in Abia State.

Three people have been confirmed dead after a vehicle carrying five passengers plunged into Azumini blue river, a tourist spot in Ndoki, Abia State. According to Martins Nwankwo, who posted the photos, the tragic incident occurred on Monday, November 21. Two other passengers are currently receiving treatment at Cottage Hospital, Azumini. What he wrote and graphic photos from the incident after the cut... "Yesterday night a golden colour Nissan sienna ran into azumini blue river and this 3 people dead & 2 now responding to treatment @ cottage hospital azumini, any person with useful information about this guys relation should contact azumini police station & God will bless u in jesus name amen"
